Inclusions: Accommodation on twin sharing basis as per the meal plan mentioned above. Daily Buffet / fixed menu breakfast. Non A/c Vehicle for all surface transfer & sightseeing as per the above places mentioned in ‘standard’ Package. A/c Vehicle for all surface transfer & sightseeing for packages other than ‘standard’. All applicable hotel & service taxes Exclusions: Any meals other than those mentioned above. Any airfare / train fare. Any transportation not mentioned in the itinerary (Rs 8.00 per KM will be charged for additional use of A/c Indica). Entry fees to amusement parks & other activity charges. Portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges & expenses of personal nature. Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions. Expenses caused by factors beyond control as rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle, Mal-functions, political disturbances etc. TERMS & CONDITIONS The above costs are per person on twin sharing basis. Minimum two persons are required for a package. Base category rooms are allotted for the stay. Upgrading to higher category room would cost extra as per hotel/resort tariff card. The above mentioned hotels/resorts are subject to availability. In case of non-availability of rooms in the mentioned hotels, then equivalent accommodation would be provided, wherever possible. There will be a hike of 20% from 15 December to 15th January on all packages. (subject to change) There will be a hike of 10% from 01 February 2010 to 28 February 2010 (on premium category). Bookings are confirmed on payment of 50% of tour cost in advance. Balance 50% may be paid 10 days before tour. CANCELLATIONs & REFUNDS 30 days before the commencement of the tour: 10% of the tour cost will be levied. 20 days before the commencement of the tour: 25% of the tour cost will be levied. Less than 10 days before the commencement of the tour: 100% of the tour cost will be levied. No refunds on hotels booked in case of non usage due to any circumstances. No refunds are entitled on “no shows”.
